Please inspect all purchases immediately. In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order all claims must be made within 2 days from the invoice date. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 2 days to return the unworn, undamaged items
Unfortunately due to hygiene standards we do not offer refunds on any hair that is purchased. We can only offer an exchange. Items must be in the original packaging and show no signs of being cut, colored, washed, or worn.
Please contact Papparrazzi Hair Designs for a return code. Hair returned without the proper return code will become the sole property of Papparrazzi Hair Designs and no exchange/refund will be honored.
